SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to another wonderful edition of the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  The only weekly architecture blog that brings you great project after great project week after week.  Last week we covered two buildings, go check that out if you haven’t already.

This week we are updating you on another project, the Rivergate complex.  As we previously stated, we have done a lot of work on Rivergate but this time we were hired for a new section completely being redone. We are completely renovating the plaza and it no doubt will look beautiful.

SWA Architecture is responsible for all of the expediting for this project.  It was in coordination with another architect.  This is our third project collaborating with UDR, a national company.   We will keep updating you and showing you the progress of this project as it moves forward.

That’s it for this week’s SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for a very special bonus post coming your way later this week.  Don’t forget to give us a follow on Instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the fantastic projects we have done.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to a fresh bonus blog coming your way from SWA Architecture.  The Architecture firm taking over New York City with all the wonderful projects we put up.  We do projects ranging from buildings, like we covered earlier this week with 86 Delancey, to restaurants like we also covered a week or ago like Wall Street Grill.

This week we give you an update to a building way uptown that we last looked at March 11th.  Take a look to see the progression.  These spaces will be retail spaces and apartments.  These were originally designed by a very famous architecture company, Mckim, Mead and white.  A prominent architecture firm during the 20th century, this firm designed many grand structures all over.  As we previously pointed out, Bob Dylan at one point lived here.

SWA Architecture are the architects, designers and landmark architects for all the apartment and the retail spaces.  We will certainly come back here again to show the space even farther along.  We have to state that we love working with this wonderful client and hope to do so again.

That's it for this weeks bonus blog post from SWA Architecture.  Stay tuned for some dynamite posts coming your way as the weather warms up in New York City.  Give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all of our wonderful projects.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the one and only SWA Architecture Weekly blog.  The one of a kind blog that takes you inside all the projects that SWA Architecture has worked on.  If you missed last week we covered two gems in the Tribeca area.

This week we are going to update you on a very large building located at 86 Delancey.  This is our third time looking at this project, last time was in mid February if you want to check out the progression.  This project still has a ways to go but once this bad boy is completed is will be an exclusive residential building with resplendent views of the Williamsburg bridge and Brooklyn.  This building is one of many things being redone for the new Delancey Street Redevelopment.

This is our eighth project with this client.  The biggest compliment and validation for a job well done is when the client comes back for another project.  It looks like we're doing a great job.  SWA Architecture is responsible for the architecture, expediting and design for this ground up multi use building.   We always like to highlight that one of our head Architects, Sergio Ali, under saw everything that went into this project.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for a bonus post to come your way highlighting a wonderful award we won this year.  To see all our projects, follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture and you will not be disappointed.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome to a special Friday rollin' blog coming your way fresh for the weekend.  If you are new to SWA Architecture blog posts here is a quick summary of what we like to cover.  SWA Architecture is a prominent architecture firm located in New York City that works on all types of projects in the northeast area.  This blog shows you some of those wonderful projects we have worked on and gives you a look behind the curtain.

Earlier this week we updated you on a project in tribeca.  A feature of this blog is to show you the progress of a project from when it is in design phase all the way through construction, to completion. We are coming back to a project located at 285 W Broadway that we have shown you before.  It is well underway as the pictures illustrate.

We will return to this bar/lounge that will have an outdoor sidewalk cafe once it is closer to being open.  It looks like it'll be a summer time hot spot you will want to check out.  SWA Architecture are the architects, planners and expeditors for this projects.  We previously worked on this location for a different client, Haus, but it has changed hands and we were recommended for this new imagining.

That's it this week for a special Friday rollin' blog from SWA Architecture.  We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.  Don't forget to follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have been a part of.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the one and only SWA Architecture weekly blog.  The blog like no other where we take an in-depth look at different projects SWA Architecture has been a part of.  SWA Architecture works on projects ranging from big buildings to little sidewalk cafes, and we treat each project with our upmost time a respect.

This week we are returning to a project we last wrote about in late February.  Located in the heart of Tribeca, this project is very close to being open to the public.  Located across from the Roxy Hotel, this bar/lounge will surely be a hit once it is open with a beautiful enclosed sidewalk cafe that will be great for the summer time, courtesy of SWA.  Not only is it a great place to go is has a tremendous view of the city.  It is owned by the same owner as the Tribeca Tavern, a very popular spot that has been featured in Time Out magazine for best bar.

SWA Architecture are the architects, designers and expeditors for the main building.  We are also the architects, designers and expeditors for the enclosed sidewalk cafe.  We really do it all.  We love working with this client and look forward to any new projects with them down the road.

That's it this week for the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for a bonus post coming your way later this week.  It'll be an update on a project very close to this project we covered today.  Give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have worked on.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture special Friday rollin' bonus post coming your way.  For all you first time readers here is what this blog is about- SWA Architecture is a midsized architecture firm, with locations in Manhattan and Long Island.  This blog covers all the projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of in the greater North east area.  Earlier this week we looked at Wall Street Grill, a fine restaurant in Manhattan.  This week we come back to a project we have looked at since the beginning.

I am of course talking about 134 W Houston.  We have seen this project from the ground up for months.  Last time we checked in on them they weren't open for business yet, all the way back in May of 2018.

Now, not only are they open but most of their apartments are booked up.  Who wouldn't want to stay in such a luxurious place.  With a rooftop to boot who wouldn't want to stay here.  Sign me up.
This project has some pretty famous international soccer players as backers so would you expect anything less?  I wouldn't.  It is on brand and really came out wonderful.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned next week for some incredible and new projects to come your way.  Give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have worked on.
