SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the one and only SWA Architecture weekly blog.  We come to you with a Friday rolling blog fresh for a nice weekend read!  As always what we like to do here is cover projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.

As you can tell by the photos we still have a ways to go.  We have also attached some renderings of what we hope this project will become.  This is a three story building that will be converted to a three story commercial building.

SWA are the architects, expeditors, zoning and building code consultants and interior designers.  This is our third project with this client.  Always a good sign when we work with a client again.  SWA also worked on this location for the previous owner and tenant.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for next week post where we got some wonderful projects coming your way.  As always, follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have been a part of.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the one and only SWA Architecture weekly blog.  For all you first timers lets give you a brief explanation of what we do in here.  SWA Architecture, a midsize firm based in New York City, does a various array of projects from hotels to skyscrapers to sidewalk cafes all over the Northeast.  Last week we covered two vastly different project so if you missed them check em out!

This week we are coming back to a project we last looked at in early December.  Periodically we like to go back to projects that are not completed to illustrate the progress that has been made.  We have come here many times stemming from when this project was just a rendering in the design phase.

This building will be for commercial use on the first floor, with apartments above for twenty-two stories and a rooftop terrace.  This will most certainly be one of our most beautiful buildings to date.  As we have previously stated, we will make periodic trips back here so you really get a sense of the undertaking that goes into creating such a wonderful project.  This is our fourth project with this client!

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned next week for some more great projects to be coming your way.  Please, as always, give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to get a glimpse at all the wonderful work we do!

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to an all new fresh SWA Architecture blog coming your way.  For all you first timers lets give a brief recap on what we like to cover here.  What we like to do is show projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  When a project starts we usually don't just show you it once but take you through the full progression from drawing phase to completion.

This week we are updating you on a project, 86 Delancey.  As you can tell by the photos this skyscraper is just about ready to be completed.  Hopefully the next time we come to this location it will be up and running.  We have shown a complete progression of this project on previous posts so go check them out!

This is our eighth project and one of our biggest projects to date.  SWA Architecture is responsible for the architecture, expediting and design for this ground up multi use building.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for a possible bonus post to come your way later this week.  Also, give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have been a part of.
