SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  The blog like no other where we take an inside look at all the wonderful project SWA Architecture has been a part of.  Last week we covered two projects, a Corepower yoga and a bar/cafe at Sony Hall.

This week we take a look at bar called House of Brews.  Located at 302 w 51st street, this place will surely be a hotspot once it is up and running.  As you can tell from the photos it still has some work to be done.

SWA Architecture are the architects, expediters and coordinated the filing for handicap lift and handicap accessibility.  SWA has done over ten lawsuit defenses as architects regarding handicap accessibility.  We have been hired by all different types of projects for this.  This is the fourth project with this client and we hope to do more!

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned next week for another post to come your way!  Also, as always don't forget to follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have!

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to an all new fresh Friday rolling SWA Architecture weekly blog coming your way.  Like all posts we are going to give you a look into all the different projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  Earlier this week we gave you a glimpse at the cafe/bar at Sony Hall.  This week we are going to change it up a bit.

Some weeks we like to update you on a project, so this week we are looking at a project we looked at at the end up September.   As you can tell by the photos we are taking a look at Core Power Yoga!  One is located at 1253 Lexington Ave and the other is at 56 W 8th Street.  These yoga spots will be the places to go for a nice stretch with a great workout.

SWA Architecture are responsible for the architects, designers and expediters for both spots.  We will check up on these projects again as they get closer to being completed.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned later this week for a bonus post to come your way!  Also, as always follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture to see the wide ranging  of projects we have worked on.

Hello and welcome back to an all new fresh SWA Architecture weekly blog coming your way on this beautiful Monday.  Like all posts we are going to give you a look into all the different projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.

This week we are kind of going back to a project but not really.  Not making sense?  Let us explain.  Last year around April we showed you the development and completion of Sony Hall, located at 235 W 46th Street in Manhattan.  A great spot and for more info go back to that post to see how it came out!

This post is focusing on the bar/cafe located on the 1st floor of this location.  SWA Architecture are responsible for the architecture, designs and expediting for this bar/cafe and for previous concepts.  We were also responsible for all landmarks expediting.  This is our fourth project with this client and we are looking forward for more to come!

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to a special Friday rolling SWA Architecture blog coming your way on this fall Friday.  For all you first timers what we like to do is take a look at projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  We give you a little insight on what the project is and then tell you what SWA Architecture's part was in getting this project done.

Last week we covered a John Varvatos store located in Soho.  This week we go way uptown to cover a new client for us.  As you can tell by the pictures we are talking about Western Beef, a low-cost supermarket chain mainly located in the greater New York City area.  This one is located in Harlem at   1564 Southern Blvd.

SWA Architecture are responsible for the architecture and expediting for this project.  This is a new client, but they have already given us a second location to work on.  The best way for us to know we are doing a good job is when we get more projects from the client.  We hope to have a very fruitful relationship with this client as we love working with them.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned next week for some great projects to come your way.  Also, as always give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have been a part of!
