SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  The blog where we take a look at all different projects SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This week we take a look at different sidewalk cafes all over New York City that SWA has been a part of.  We did a similar post last week and we will do another one next week to give you a sense of the massive amount of sidewalk cafes SWA Architecture is responsible for.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  If this is your first time reading this, we are about to take a look at projects all over that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This week we take a look at different sidewalk cafes all over New York City.


SWA Architecture has done over 900 sidewalk cafes in New York City.  You can say we are experts at this.  If you need architecture, expediting or obtaining permits for you Sidewalk Café, we are the best in the business.  

Check out a couple projects with some beautiful sidewalk cafes.  We have three different Mezcal's, a great mexican joint.  Bar Tabac, a beautiful French bistro.  Belleville, which is a tapas place you shouldn't miss.  Havana Cafe, authentic Cuban Cuisine at it's finest.  Romans, fine dining made fun.  Siggys Good Food, organic food done right.  Last but certainly not least, Melt.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to an SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  We are back with a Friday bonus post.  Take a look at the post we did earlier this week if you haven’t already.  It looked at some beautiful restaurants in Manhattan.  This week we take a look at some projects that we have looked at before and see the progress that is being made on them

This is our third time looking at the 134 W Houston.  Simply put, this project is a real pleasure to show.  As you can tell by the photographs it has come a long way and is so close to completion. 



We also are taking an updated look at 4 St Marks, also known as the Hamilton House.  This week we were also able to take a look inside.  Take a look at the pictures below!
