SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  So far we’ve been taking a look at projects that are either in the process of being completed or are complete.  This week we are taking a little bit of a left turn and are taking a look at a project that is yet to come.

As you can see from the photos, SWA is helping on the creation of this beautiful tower with some terrific designs.  There is no doubt that this masterpiece will be a head turner in Times Square.

SWA has been retained to do a zoning analysis and the design of a new high rise mixed use facility.  It will include a residential tower atop a secret project and music venues below.

This is another project for a current client.  We have done more than some recognizable projects in New York City that we will cover in the upcoming weeks.  That is all for this week from the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  Stay tuned for more to come and check us out on Instagram where we look at some fascinating architectural designes - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello lovely people and welcome back to this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  This week we are taking a little bit of a detour and looking at building that is up for sale.  Located on 15 Vandam St, this family owned building is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in New York City.

This spot is also home to the renowned Soho Playhouse, one of New York City's best off-broadway theaters.  The current owners live out of town and would like to sell the property to a party who can make proper use of this location.  Other than the theater, there is a lounge on the lower floor, and residences on the upper levels.

SWA Architecture was retained to do a zoning analysis and 3-D models for purposes of marketing the building for sale.  Eastern consolidated, who frequently collaborates with SWA Architecture, is the broker charged with making the sale so send all inquiries their way.  Here is a look for all of you Architecture nerds out there -

That's it for this weeks edition of the SWA Architecture blog post, stay tuned for some dynamite posts coming up.  Again, if you haven't looked out our instagram, whats wrong with you?!  But in all seriousness take a look, our handle is @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture Weekly Blog post.  If you don't know what this blog is about here is a little breakdown.  We take a look at projects that SWA Architecture has been apart of.  Simple right?  So this time we are finishing our exploration into kosher restaurants with a look at The Prime Grill, a job we worked on some time ago.

This joint is a part of a bunch of restaurants owned by the Prime Hospitality group.  It is the first restaurant this group put together, bring a Syrian influence on kosher meats, changing the perception of what kosher can be.  Located at 550 Madison Ave, this spot has an ambiance that is suitable to businessmen, businesswomen, and patrons who are looking for a nice relaxing lunch.  SWA Architecture is the architect of note, responsible for the Place of Assembly and the expediting on this project.

Thats all this week for the SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post.  I hope you enjoyed our foray into the Kosher Restaurant world.  Stay tuned next week for an exciting new project.
