SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to another week of the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  This blog is pretty simple – an in depth look at projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  We took a detour last week and checked in on a great project on West Houston street.  If you haven’t seen that one check older posts to see the progression to what it is today.  As for today, we take a look at SWA Architectures bread and butter, sidewalk cafes in New York City.

Brother Jimmy's BBQ

Mesa Coyocan

Shelter

Petaluna

Rosarito

Vandal

Mighty Quinn's

That’s it this week.  I hope you enjoyed some fresh sidewalk cafes as summer has started.  Go try these cafes out, you won’t be disappointed.  Also, do us a big old favor and follow us on Instagram - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture Weekly blog post.  The blog post where we take an in depth look at projects SWA has been a part of.  SWA has been a part of some great ones, and this week is no different.

For the past couple weeks, we have been looking at different sidewalk cafĂ© we have been a part of.  This week we take a look at a familiar project.  We of course are talking about the beautiful apartment complex at 134 W Houston Street.

As the pictures indicate, the interior rooms of this place are coming along beautifully.  Another thing these pictures illustrate is the beautiful views owners of these apartments will have.  So not only will you be in a prime location in New York City you will have views to match.

Check out the rooftop.  With a view from the rooftop as nice as this one this building will surely be on of New York’s premiere apartment complexes.  Let’s not forget the balconies from the rooms.

We will check back in to this project once it reaches completion.  But as you can tell, it’ll be a beautiful structure once it is finished.  That’s it this week for the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  Give us a follow on Instagram - @swa_architecture
