SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to another week of the SWA Architecture Weekly blog post.  The blog post where we take an indepth view of projects that SWA Architecture has worked on.  This is what we call a bonus post.  If you haven't seen out first post go check it out!  This post we are looking at a location we have previously taken a deep dive into, the Wall Street Grill, located at 75 Wall Street to give an update.

Last time we looked at this project is was just beginning its construction phase.  This time as you can tell by the photos it is not quite completed but well on its way to become a stunner.  Including a beaeutiful rooftop lounge area to eat all the delicious food.  In the heart of the financial district, this kosher restaurant will be a place you wont want to miss.

SWA is the architect, designer and expediter for this restaurant.  The owners have many kosher restaurants all over the city so you know this one will be a can’t miss spot.  We will take a look again once it is up and running to show a beautiful evolution chaperoned by SWA.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  For all you first timers this is the blog that shows all the wonderful projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This week we make no changes and take a look at the wonderful Coco Pazzo.

Coco Pazzo, located at 160 Prince street, is a hidden gem you don't want to miss.  This is one of Pino Luongo's restaurants.  Luongo has multiple restaurants all over the city and is a very well known italian based american restauranteur.

Fast-casual by day, casual-fine by night, surprising and delectable always.  Coco Pazzo serves up rustic tuscan dishes served with a modern twist.  You hungry yet?

SWA is responsible for the architecture and are the planners.  We also did all the expediting for this project.  In addition, since this is a landmark building we had to do even more work to get this bad boy approved.  Lastly, SWA assisted with the interior design.  As you can tell by the pictures, it was a success.  That's it for this week's blog post.  Stay tuned next week for some beautiful projects coming your way.  Also, give us a follow on the gram - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to another edition of the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  Where we take an in-depth look at projects SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This week will be no different,  with the project we are looking at being one of our standouts.  Today we look at the beautiful Rivergate apartment complex.

Located at 401 E 34th Street, a stones toss away from the water, this is most certainly a luxury spot.  in the heart of Murray Hill in Manhattan, you can tell this place is quite a spot.  We previously looked at this spot about 4 years ago but at that time the rooftop was not fully developed.  Now, as you can see by the photos, the rooftop is most certainly ready, with beautiful decor and views that can't be matched.

SWA Architecture are the architects and designers for the illustrious 702 apartments in this complex.  We are also the expeditors for the entire project.  SWA coordinated with outside designers for the rooftop and lobby designs.

That's it this week for the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  We hope you enjoyed looking at this project as much as we did making it.  Don't forget to give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture where we make all the projects easy and accessible.

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to a bonus SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  The blog post where we take a deep dive into various projects SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This bonus post will do exactly that and take a look at the beautiful Sony Hall.

Located at 235 West 46th Street in Manhattan, this music venue blows the doors off its competitors.  Sony Hall is the new premiere music venue in New York City focused on presenting world renowned performing artists across all music genres, powered by state of the art technology.

The owners are Blue Note Entertainment Group, who SWA has collaborated with for over twenty years on various projects, most notably BB Kings and Blue Note Jazz Club.  SWA did multiple things on this project.  SWA designed a ground floor cafĂ© and restored the main music hall.  We all modified the exterior of the entrance to add a large marquee from the landmark preservation commission.  Lastly, SWA is doing a place of assembly application.  We are very proud of this one.

If you are looking to go see a show, check out Sony Hall’s calendar, they have plenty of stars coming through.  That’s it this week for the SWA Architecture weekly blog post. Stay tuned for next week and give us a follow on Instagram - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  If this is your first time here what took you so long?  In all seriousness this blog is about giving you a look at the top projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  The past couple weeks we have been looking at sidewalk cafes.  This week we are changing it up a little bit.

This week we go back to an old favorite of ours, Opry City Stage.  This hot spot is located at 1604 Broadway, between 48th and 49th street.  Opry City Stage is New York City's home for country music and culture.  With live performances every day, if you are into Southern hospitality and Nashville flavor, Opry City Stage is the spot for you.

It is a huge space and is not only a restaurant, but also a country music store.  There is no other place like this in New York City, and that's a guarantee.  So if you are hankering for some good comfort food, stop at Opry City Stage.  That's it this week from the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  Check out our instagram to see all our posts of all our projects - @swa_architecture
