SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to an all new fresh SWA Architecture weekly blog coming your way as we end September.  The blog like not other where we take a look at different projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  We dedicated two posts last week to Corepower Yoga with two new locations under construction.

This week we take our sights to a project that is still in the design phase.  The pictures show what is there now, a mixed use commercial/residential landmark building.  The drawings that we have attached show a renovation that we have proposed.

We are the architects, planners, expediters, landmark expediters and landmark architects for the repair for the sidewalk vault and for providing handicap accessibility to the cellar 1st and 2nd floor.  This is our 10th project with this client.  If you read a our blog consistently then you will consistently see that many of our clients come back for multiple projects.  Clearly we know what we're doing.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for another post to come your way later this week with some bold work!  Also, as always please give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to comprehensively see all the projects we have previously posted about!

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to an all new fresh SWA Architecture weekly blog coming your way on this beautiful Tuesday.  For all you first timers what we like to do here is give you an inside look at projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  Located in New York City, most of our projects are located in Manhattan but we do have projects all over the east coast.

This week we are covering a project just in the beginning of the construction phase.  Once this bad boy is up and running it will be another beautiful Corepower Yoga.  We looked at a Corepower Yoga downtown, now we are looking at another one we worked on uptown at 1251 Lexington Avenue.  For all you yogis out there this is a spot to go to.

SWA Architecture were the architects, designers and expediters for this location.  We have worked on five different Corepower Yoga locations.  Safe to say we have done a good job when the client comes back for more.  We are very proud of the work we have done.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for another post to come your way later this week.  Also, give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the wonderful projects we have worked on!

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to an all new SWA Architecture weekly blog coming your way.  If this is your first time here what we like to do is show projects all around New York City that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  More specifically, if you didn't check out our projects last week go check them out because this post is only going to build on our last one.

What we mean is that in our last post we talked about two bars with the same owner, and this post we will be talking about two more bars with that same owner!  This week we take a look at Mickey Spillane's, located at 350 W 49th Street, and Diva Bar Lounge located at 667 10th Avenue.  As you can tell all the bars are located in Hell's Kitchen so if you are there you should do a little bar crawl and check them all out.

For both locations SWA Architecture are the architects, designers, expediters and sidewalk cafe architects.  Like we previously stated, this is our eighth project with this owner over a twenty year span.  We always like when a client comes back to us for another project, validating the good work we put in.

That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for another post to come your way later this week.  Also, as always don't forget to follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the special projects we have done!
