SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome to a this weeks post from SWA Architecture.  This blog post like all our others will take a look at projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of in some capacity.  This week we are taking a look at a very special building located at 771 9th Avenue in Manhattan.  SWA will be the architects, expeditors and designers for this building.

The reason why this building is special is because it is the home of Janovic Paint.  SWA Architecture will convert this multistory building to commercial and residential uses.  This building will be an addition to SWA's roster of projects on 9th Avenue and in Hell's Kitchen.  Thats it for this week's post, a short post for a big projects.  If you haven't already, take a look at our instagram - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  We took a brief hiatus but we are back and better than ever.  If This is your first post you are reading let me break down the overall mission of this blog.  We at SWA Architecture are very proud of the work we have done, and want to share with you the various projects that SWA Architecture was a collaborator on.  This week we are taking a look at the Bar Room located at 117 East 60th Street in Manhattan.

SWA previously worked on this space, designing the first floor five years ago.  The owners liked us so much that they have hired us again to be the architects, designers and expeditors for the enlargement of the Bar Room to add the second floor.  The second floor will be used for special events.

This is the fifth project that SWA Architecture has done with these clients.  If you've been reading a bunch of our posts, you'll notice a common pattern, clients we work with want to work with us again!  Thats because we are hardworking, creative and great to work with.  Ask any of our clients.  That's it for this week's blog post, stay tuned for our next one to come soon.  If you haven't already, follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello there and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  This week we are leaving Manhattan and taking a look into Queens.  As you can see from the renderings below we are taking a look at a high rise that will surely catch your eye when it is erected.

These renderings come from SWA Architecture.  We created several high rise tower concepts for these clients.  The glass towers will atop a cultural arts center consisting of a music center mixed with a library and gallery for starts.  Not only did SWA come up with these beautiful renderings, SWA will also act as the architects, designers, planners, zoning and code consultants.  This happens to be our second project with this client.  The first project was a large music venue in Astoria, Melrose Ballroom, which I’m sure we will cover in the upcoming weeks.

That’s it for this week’s blog post from SWA Architecture, stay tuned for next week where we take a deeper look into some beautiful projects we have done.  Take a look at our website – swaarchitecture.com and our Instagram - @swa_architecture
