SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to a holiday edition of the SWA Architecture.  This week we are taking a look at a couple spots you surely will want to explore.  The first spot we are taking a deep dive into is Papasito Mexican Grill & Agave Bar.

Papasito, located at 223 Dyckman St, is a spot you must go to.  It may be very far uptown but it is worth the trip.  Papasito is a late-night Mexican grill offering classic eats, happy-hour, live music and outdoor tables.  SWA Architecture were the planners and designers for the restaurant and the outdoor sidewalk café.

That’s it this week for SWA Architecture, stay tuned for another deep dive into another latin inspired spot, run by the same owners as the beautiful Papasito Mexian Grill & Agave Bar.  If you don’t follow us on Instagram check us out - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to another week of the SWA Architecture Weekly blog post, holiday edition.  This week we are looking at a location we have previously taken a deep dive into, the Wall Street Grill, located at 75 Wall Street.  For the next couple of weeks during the holidays we will be giving updates to projects, showing how SWA has brought them to life.

Last time we looked at this spot renderings to go off of as nothing was started yet.  As you can tell by the photos it is well underway and into the construction phase of this project.  Also, as you can tell by the photos, this spot will be a destination not to miss with good josher food and a beautiful rooftop area to dine in for all people in the Financial District of Manhattan.

SWA is the architect, designer and expediter for this restaurant.  The owners have many kosher restaurants all over the city so you know this one will be a can’t miss spot.  We will take a look again once it is up and running to show a beautiful evolution chaperoned by SWA.

That’s it this week for the SWA Architecture Blog.  Have a happy holiday and a happy New Year.  Follow on Instagram to get all the beautiful pictures in one - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Bog Post

Hello and welcome back to this week's SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  We are continuing with the same theme this week and taking a look at another fabulous apartment.  If you didn't read our post last week take a look to see more of SWA's great work on these fantastic apartments.

This week we stay in Manhattan, but are in midtown on the Eastside.  Close to the Rivergate apartment complex SWA Architecture also has a big part in.  This apartment is one of luxury and fine living.  This is an existing two bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the Hudson River.  The intent of the design from SWA was to maximize the views.  To do so, SWA eliminated a wall the separated the kitchen and the living room.  This allowed a bright spectacular view to be available.  Also, custom millwork was used throughout the apartment to create hidden storage.

Talk about a hole in one.  As you can see SWA Architecture has some pretty fantastic apartments in there repertoire so if you are looking for a remodeling you know where to go.  We're going to end this foray into apartments with one more in our next post.  Let me build the anticipation in telling you this will be one of the nicest apartments you will see in New York.  That's it for this week's blog post, if you haven't already, follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture

SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to a December edition of the SWA Architecture blog post.  This week we are taking a deep dive into an apartment in Manhattan.  Located on the upper east side this apartment is a thing of beauty.

This is an existing two-bedroom apartment on the corner of Madison Avenue and E 78th Street.  SWA is the architect, interior designers and expeditors for this beauty of a project.  More specifically, we renovated and enlarged the kitchen, and did the same to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

As you can tell by these lovely photos, SWA put together a gorgeous open kitchen and modern looking apartment with custom millwork throughout.  That’s it for this week’s SWA Architecture weekly post, stay tuned for a possible bonus post coming later this week.  Also, give us a follow on twitter - @swa_architecture
