Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog
post. So far we’ve been taking a look at
projects that are either in the process of being completed or are
complete. This week we are taking a
little bit of a left turn and are taking a look at a project that is yet to
come.
As you can see from the photos, SWA is helping on the
creation of this beautiful tower with some terrific designs. There is no doubt that this masterpiece will be
a head turner in Times Square.
SWA has been retained to do a zoning analysis and the design
of a new high rise mixed use facility.
It will include a residential tower atop a secret project and music
venues below.
This is another project for a current client. We have done more than some recognizable
projects in New York City that we will cover in the upcoming weeks. That is all for this week from the SWA
