SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome to the SWA Architecture blog.  The blog where we explore some beautiful projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This week is no different.  In fact, this week we take a look at a project just beginning.

Located at 2262 Frederick Douglas Boulevard, this project is so much so in the infancy stage that all we have so far are drawings and renderings.  We are in what is called the design phase.  As you can see from the renderings we are giving a variety of beautiful options.  When all is said and done, this will be a mixed use commercial and residential ground up building.  Exciting stuff!

SWA Architecture were hired to be the designers, architects and expediters.  This is the first time we have worked with these clients with this development and we hope to be a part of many more beautiful projects with them after this one.
