This week we take you to a space that is being made into an interactive theatre by the tenant, Particle Ink. Particle Ink is an immersive mixed reality experience like no other, As the tenant they will convert this space into a theatre. The theatre will be located at 771 9th ave, but in reality this is two buildings connected at the rear. One located on 9th avenue and one located at 52nd street. In addition, SWA designed two apartments on top floor of the 52nd street building.
SWA Are the architects, interior designers, designers, co-consultants and expediters for the owner. This is our second project with this client. The first one was a building they own at 1650 broadway. This is being designed with the particle ink design and production team.
