SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to an all new fresh SWA Architecture weekly blog coming your way on this beautiful Tuesday.  If this is your first time with us what took you so long?  We forgive you but here is what this blog is about.  We like to cover the unique and wonderful projects that SWA Architecture has had the pleasure to be a part of.

Today we are updating you on one of our biggest projects to date.  Located at 86 Delancey, this building complex is one you won't want to miss.  We last saw this location a month ago and it has made tremendous strides towards being completed.

As we have previously stated, this is our eight project with this client.  We are most definitely going to do more projects with them with having such a rapport.  SWA Architecture is responsible for the architecture, expediting and design for this ground up multi use building.  We always like to highlight that one of our senior architects, Sergio Ali, under saw everything for this project.

Thats it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned for later this week when we hit you with a whole batch of cool projects.  Follow us on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the projects we've done in one spot.

  1. It’s clear that this long-standing relationship has been built on mutual trust and a shared vision. It’s great that Sergio Ali played such a crucial role in overseeing the project—having a senior architect lead everything must have ensured a high level of expertise throughout the process. I am dedicated to the sale and manufacture of fiberglass roofing panels.
