SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello and welcome back to a December edition of the SWA Architecture blog post.  This week we are taking a deep dive into an apartment in Manhattan.  Located on the upper east side this apartment is a thing of beauty.

This is an existing two-bedroom apartment on the corner of Madison Avenue and E 78th Street.  SWA is the architect, interior designers and expeditors for this beauty of a project.  More specifically, we renovated and enlarged the kitchen, and did the same to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

As you can tell by these lovely photos, SWA put together a gorgeous open kitchen and modern looking apartment with custom millwork throughout.  That’s it for this week’s SWA Architecture weekly post, stay tuned for a possible bonus post coming later this week.  Also, give us a follow on twitter - @swa_architecture

  1. This project involves the complete transformation of an existing two-bedroom apartment, reimagining its potential for modern luxury living. Our team has focused on significant enhancements, specifically renovating and enlarging the kitchen, turning it into a more functional and inviting culinary space. We've applied the same meticulous attention to detail to the bedrooms and bathrooms, expanding their layouts and updating their aesthetics to create more spacious, comfortable, and elegant retreats. This meticulous approach even includes considering innovative materials like corrugated fiberglass panels for their unique light-diffusing properties or as a contemporary design accent in certain areas.
