SWA Architecture Weekly Blog Post

Hello there and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  This week we are leaving Manhattan and taking a look into Queens.  As you can see from the renderings below we are taking a look at a high rise that will surely catch your eye when it is erected.

These renderings come from SWA Architecture.  We created several high rise tower concepts for these clients.  The glass towers will atop a cultural arts center consisting of a music center mixed with a library and gallery for starts.  Not only did SWA come up with these beautiful renderings, SWA will also act as the architects, designers, planners, zoning and code consultants.  This happens to be our second project with this client.  The first project was a large music venue in Astoria, Melrose Ballroom, which I’m sure we will cover in the upcoming weeks.

That’s it for this week’s blog post from SWA Architecture, stay tuned for next week where we take a deeper look into some beautiful projects we have done.  Take a look at our website – swaarchitecture.com and our Instagram - @swa_architecture

  1. SWA Architecture's latest high-rise project in Queens is an exciting blend of modern design and cultural enrichment. The integration of glass towers with a cultural arts center—featuring a music venue, library, and gallery—demonstrates a thoughtful approach to urban development. It’s impressive to see SWA not only leading the architectural and design aspects but also handling planning, zoning, and code compliance. Their continued collaboration with returning clients further highlights their expertise and reliability. Looking forward to seeing how this project evolves and learning more about their work on the Melrose Ballroom in future posts!
