Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog post.  This blog is primarily focused on giving you a look into all the wonderful projects SWA Architecture has and is working on.  This week we have a special treat for you.

This week we take a look at all the projects that SWA Architecture and Alta Marea Group have worked on together.  Before we get to the restaurants, here is a brief synopsis of Alta Marea Group.  Founded in 2009, by Ahmass Fakahany and chef/partner Michael White, Alta Marea Group is a world-renowned hospitality company, currently with 15 restaurants around the world.

SWA Architecture has been a part of 5 of them in New York City.  The five are Marea, Osteria Morini, Ai Fiori, Nicoletta and Ristorante Morini.  SWA Architecture were the Architects, planners and expediters for these projects.  We also obtained the place of assembly permits for these beautiful restaurants.  SWA also did the sidewalk cafes for Nicoletta and Ristorante Morini.  These are scatted throughout Manhattan and each one has a unique menu and is a must go to spot if you are in New York City.  Take a look at some pictures of them above and below.
