SWA Architeture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to a very special bonus post coming your way on this beautiful Thursday.  For all of you who are just joining this weekly blog let us tell you what it is all about.  We are a part of SWA Architecture, an architecture firm based out of New York City that has projects ranging from hotels to sidewalk cafes all over the greater Northeast.  Each blog post shows you an individual project we have worked on.  Not only that we show you what the project is and what we did to help make it so beautiful.  So without further ado, let's take a look at this weeks project.

We are going back to a project that we previously wrote about.  I am speaking of Bourbon Street Bar & Grill Restaurant located in the theatre district in Manhattan.  This converted townhouse is a beautiful place for you to grab food and drink before a show, or just to hang out with you buddies after a hard days work.

SWA Architecture were the architects, planners, designers and expediters for the original conception of the restaurant over ten years ago.  Recently, and why we are blogging about this project again, is that we were asked to modify the structure over the rear roof terrace.  Which you can see above with the glass ceiling.  We have worked with this client over five times and can't wait to do more.

That's it this week for the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.  Let's not forget to give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to really get a feel for all the projects we have worked on.
