This week we are returning to a project that we last saw in March 2018!  When we posted about it the project was still in its design phase.  We provided the same renderings you see here.  Well, ladies and gentleman, today the new pictures of this site show you that we are kicking off construction to this project.

This building will be for commercial use on the first floor, with apartments above for twenty-two stories and a rooftop terrace.  This will most certainly be one of our most beautiful buildings to date.  We will continue to visit this site as it gets underway.

This is our fourth project with this client.  We also worked in this client for the Hamilton House.  That's it for this weeks SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned next week for some great projects to come your way.
