Hello, happy new year and welcome back to SWA Architecture
weekly blog post where we take a look at a variety of projects that SWA Architecture
has been a part of. This week we are
updating you on a project we have previously looked at.
If you don’t remember, we looked at this exquisite penthouse
as it was first beginning. We saw
renderings of what it will become. Take
a look back in the older post to see the renderings then come back and see how
it stacks up. Pretty impressive seeing
the real thing in the pictures provided.
As a refresher, this is an SWA Architecture design and
permitting project. SWA also designed a
roof access stair and penthouse for this apartment which is highlighted in the photos. In addition, we also modified the interior
space of this loft.
Couple things before we wrap up. First, this spot was one of the originators
of the loft law in New York City.
Secondly, and more importantly, we would like to shout out client’s dog
who passed away, Stella. We have very
fond memories of her. That’s it this
week for the SWA Architecture Weekly blog post.
