SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to the one and only SWA Architecture weekly blog.  The blog like no other where we take in depth looks at a different array of wonderful projects SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This week we are going to update you on two projects we have seen before.

The first set of pictures shows one of our biggest projects to date, located at 86 Delancey.  As we have previously stated this is our eighth projects with this client.  SWA Architecture is responsible for the architecture, expediting and design for this ground up multi use building.  Next time we come around this place should be fully up.

The next project is one that as you can tell by the photos, a long way from being completed.  We last saw this project in October.  This building will be for commercial use on the first floor, with apartments for twenty-two stories and a rooftop terrace.  This will most certainly be one of our most beautiful buildings to date.  We will continue to visit this site as more progress is being made.
