Hello and welcome back to a very special bonus post from the SWA Architecture.  This is a weekly blog that covers all the interesting and unique projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  This bonus post is going to give us an update on one of our most anticipated projects of 2019.

I am of course speaking of the grandiose McDonalds located in Times Square.  This will be located in the heart of Times Square at 1530 Broadway.  We last wrote about this special Mcdonalds about a month ago right before the new year.  As you can tell by the photos here, this project has come along but still has ways to go.  Also, if you go to Times Square now you can see a beautiful facade rendition of what the McDonalds will be.  Unlike anything we have ever seen.

SWA Architecture is responsible for expediting this very complex project.  This is a multilevel McDonalds in a very high traffic area.  The pictures, like the last post, show the cellar, kitchen, first floor, second floor and mezzanine.  Fun little tidbit, SWA was also involved in the Toys 'R Us space which existed in this space previously.  This McDonalds project is one of over 800 McDonalds projects SWA has somehow been a part of.  They are by a far margin our biggest client and we are happy to work with them.
