Hello and welcome back to the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  If this is your first time reading this here is a little about this blog.  We at SWA Architecture partake in an astounding amount of projects all over the greater Northeast area and this blog goes into detail of one of those projects.  Peeling back the curtain to give you and inside look not only at the project itself but what SWA Architecture does as well.

Today we bring you a project almost ready for open in Tribeca.  Located across from the Roxy Hotel, this bar/lounge will surely be a hit once it is open with a beautiful enclosed sidewalk cafe to boot.  You can see in the photo below it will also have a beautiful view of the city.  It is owned by the same owner as the Tribeca Tavern.  A very popular spot that has been featured in Time Out magazine for best bar.

SWA Architecture are the architects, designer and expeditor for the main building.  We are also the architects, designers, expeditors for the enclosed sidewalk cafe. Get you an architecture firm who can do it all, like us.  We love working with this client and look forward to new projects coming down the road.
