SWA Architecture Weekly Blog

Hello and welcome back to a very special Friday rolling bonus post from the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  The blog where we take a bold look into all different projects that SWA Architecture has been a part of.  Sometimes we update you on projects that are still on its way to being completed and that is what we will cover today!

A month ago we took at look at a building located at 86 Delancey Street in Manhattan.  If you haven't seen that post check it out and you will see with this post how far it has come along.  When completed this will be a very exclusive residential building with resplendent views of the Williamsburg Bridge and Brooklyn.  This building is one of many things being redone for the new Delancey Street Redevelopment.

SWA Architecture is responsible for the architecture, expediting and design for this ground up multi use building.  Last time we mentioned this but it is worth repeating, one of our head Architects, Sergio Ali, really undersea ever facet of this project.  Without him, it simply would not be going as well or be as beautiful as it is.  Also, this is a repeat project for this client, our eighth project to date!

That's it for the SWA Architecture weekly blog.  Stay tuned next week for some great projects coming your way.  We hope you enjoyed this week as much as we did.  Give us a follow on instagram - @swa_architecture to see all the beautiful projects we have been a part of.
